New Double-Sheet Detection Product for Lithium Battery Industry — MDSC-2100L Small Single-Sensor Metal Double-Sheet Detection Controller
As technology and industry evolve, lithium battery manufacturing demands higher-performing equipment. Atonm introduces a new metal double-sheet detection controller designed for the lithium battery industry: the MDSC-2100L (lithium battery single-sensor version), offering a compact, high-sensitivity single-sensor solution for thin and small materials.
Unlike conventional through-beam detectors, the MDSC-2100L uses a custom high-sensitivity small probe, allowing flexible installation even in compact equipment. It meets high-speed production needs in lithium battery processes including stacking machines, tab welding, PCB slitting and board feeding. The MDSC-2100L accurately and rapidly detects double-feed for thin materials.
The MDSC-2100L is optimized for thin-sheet detection and supports mixed-material detection for small thin parts, handling copper, aluminum and stainless steel sheets with ranges:
- Copper: 0.01 - 0.1 mm
- Aluminum: 0.01 - 0.1 mm
- Stainless steel: 0.1 - 0.5 mm
