The sheet metal, two machine, and assembly workshops of major machine manufacturers are almost operating at full capacity. The production pace is fast, the pressure is high, and the site also faces complex working conditions such as high temperature, dust, oil mist, and metal reflection interweaving - stamping stacking, size deviation, wrong installation of accessories, unstable bending accuracy... Any problem in any link may increase the scrap rate and drag down the delivery cycle.

This sensor adopts non-contact micrometer level measurement, and the optical path is specially optimized for highly reflective aluminum fins, which can effectively eliminate reflective interference, mark defective parts in real time and divert them. The whole machine is dust-proof and waterproof, suitable for the high-temperature oil mist environment in the two machine workshop.
