1. Company Introduction
The client is a Tianjin-based automotive intelligent line manufacturer and national technology enterprise with fully automated production and large-scale supply to major automakers.

2. Project Requirements
The client previously used Renishaw RH series read heads but, after upgrading to Siemens PLC, needed 4-20mA analog output and sought a magnetic-scale product to improve measurement efficiency and enable domestic replacement.
3. Solution
We recommended the Atonm MRR series Magnetic Scale Read Head. Atonm read heads use non-contact incremental measurement, offer strong contamination resistance and are easy to install. The MRR-H500 supports integration with Siemens PLCs, provides 1μm resolution and low jitter for stable speed and position control. If a scale is damaged it can be quickly replaced on the guide rail to reduce downtime.
4. Customer Benefits
Replacing optical read heads with the Atonm MRR-H500 delivers higher reliability, contamination tolerance and faster scale replacement, reducing machine downtime and boosting production. The modular design works well with Siemens PLCs and supports analog 4-20mA output for reliable data transmission.
5. Conclusion
The Atonm MRR-H500 provides a robust domestic alternative that improves measurement reliability, reduces downtime and integrates with existing PLC systems to raise production efficiency.
