1. Company Introduction
A Suzhou intelligent machinery company provides intelligent manufacturing equipment and production lines covering design, manufacturing, assembly and after-sales. The company has experienced engineers and a strong after-sales team.
2. Project Requirements
The client needed detection for thin stainless steel sheets (0.25mm thickness, 330mm length, 100mm width). An ultrasonic solution worked initially, but for irregular non-homogeneous materials the performance was poor. A more stable and accurate detection scheme was required.
