Color Sensor Case | Detecting Connector Wire Insertion for a Dongguan 3C Manufacturer
Project Background
The customer is a 3C product manufacturer. During assembly, connectors and wires have different colors. By recognizing connector colors, the system can determine whether a wire is inserted.
Project Objective
Objective: Accurately and effectively detect connector color at the interface.
Challenges: Recognize micro color differences and output a signal within 10 ms.
Solution
Based on customer requirements and site conditions, we provide the Atonm CL2 Color Sensor paired with F-RP080S coaxial fiber. The CL2 Color Sensor can recognize thousands of colors and perform well on micro color differences; it can also recognize up to four colors simultaneously.
