Project Background:

A Dongguan hardware parts maker needed automated counting for high-volume parts. The customer required a low-cost, reliable counting solution with fast response.

Solution:

Use Atonm FA1-E fiber amplifier plus remote probes mounted across the guide rail. When parts interrupt the beam, the amplifier outputs a pulse to the controller. FA1-E offers automatic gain, anti-interference and stable counting for high throughput.
