Fiber Sensor | Can Lid Counting Application

Project Background:

A can manufacturer in Foshan produces metal can lids at high speed. Manual counting became a bottleneck after automation improvements. The customer wanted automatic counting at feed and finished-product points.

Solution:

Install Atonm FA1-N1ES fiber sensors with F-MP064 probe at the infeed and discharge points to count lids. The fiber sensor and probe can be mounted in tight spaces with brackets, providing high detection accuracy and stability at high speed.
