Project Background
After clinical sample collection, tubes must be sorted by cap color according to test items. Nurses sort tubes manually by cap color, which can be inefficient and error-prone.

Project Objective
Objective: Recognize the color of blood tube caps passing through the detection area. Some cap colors are very similar and require high recognition accuracy.
Solution
The sorting system combines Atonm CL2 Color Sensor to detect reagent bottle cap colors, then mechanical structures route bottles to corresponding storage zones, achieving intelligent tube sorting. CL2 Color Sensor + F-RP080S coaxial fiber uses three-color light principles to recognize thousands of colors and detect micro color differences even when the bottle shakes during movement.

Compared with imported brands priced around 3000-5000, Atonm Color Sensors cost roughly half while offering equivalent or better performance in color variety and complex-light interference resistance.
