MDSC-9000S One-to-Two Single-Probe Metal Double-Sheet Detector — Operation Guide
The MDSC-9000S Metal Double-Sheet Detector is based on electromagnetic induction and eddy current principles. The main controller can connect two sensors simultaneously to perform efficient and stable stacked-material detection. It features built-in storage for 200 material presets, eliminating the need for repeated learning. The integrated ferromagnetic/non-ferromagnetic design does not distinguish material types, and it supports both terminal and bus control schemes for intelligent system integration. It is generally suitable for contact double-sheet thickness detection in industries such as automotive, auto parts, general metal sheet processing, home appliances, batteries, and metal packaging.
