Atonm Dual-sheet Detector Overview

Atonm Dual-sheet Detector is mainly used to detect single or double sheets of metal. When metal sheets pass the sensor detection area, the detector outputs single or double sheet signals based on material thickness. It is widely used in metal stamping, lithium battery production, PCB, textile (automatic warping machines) and other industries.

 

This manual describes the specifications, features and usage of the MDSC-1000C series metal dual-sheet detector. Please read this manual carefully before use to understand product characteristics and ensure safe operation.

Atonm Dual-sheet Detector MDSC-1000C - Safety Notes

◆ Ensure the operating environment meets hardware specification limits (see Performance Parameters);

◆ Do not install in strong magnetic fields, direct sunlight, high temperatures, or intense mechanical vibration; do not use in flammable gas, vapor or dust environments to avoid explosion risk;

◆ Avoid environments with large temperature swings or high humidity to prevent condensation inside the unit which may damage the device;

◆ Ensure all cable connectors are securely fastened. Loose connections may cause incorrect inputs or outputs;

◆ Do not touch the display panel with tools or apply excessive force which may damage the panel; user is responsible for such damage;

◆ Disconnect power before wiring to avoid electric shock;

◆ Input power is DC24V±20%, check DC power regularly for stability;

◆ NPN and PNP interfaces must only be connected to DC systems below 48V;

◆ Separate sensor signal wiring from power lines, especially near inverters or other strong interference sources.
