1. Customer Introduction

The customer is an LED lighting factory in Zhongshan specializing in household lighting. In LED lamp manufacturing they use various electronic components, and wiring correctness is a core issue. Incorrect wiring can cause short circuits and safety hazards, harming product quality and the customer brand. The customer needs a simple, fast and accurate solution to check wiring correctness.

2. Project Requirements

During QC the customer needs to verify three wires are connected correctly. Missing a miswired line can cause short circuits and reduce yield. The customer requires a detection solution that can automatically judge wiring correctness and quickly inspect large volumes of LED lamps to improve throughput.

The part is placed into a fixed slot and two color sensors inspect two of the wires to determine correctness by comparing detected color to a preset reference. If the detected color matches the preset, the wiring is correct; otherwise it is flagged as incorrect.
