In 3D printers the magnetic scale read head is widely used to measure motion trajectories and ensure print accuracy.

A Zhejiang 3D printer manufacturer is one of the early domestic professional companies in this field, certified to ISO9001 and holding multiple patents and certifications for quality and environmental standards.
2. Project Background
The customer sought a magnetic scale read head to improve device precision, speed and stability for measuring 3D printer motion trajectories. Precision, stability and timely delivery were key selection criteria.

3. Pain Points
Accurate head positioning is crucial; any deviation reduces print quality, causing distortion or misalignment. Issues include sensor accuracy, structural stiffness, printing speed and material deposition behavior.
