Color Sensor | Fishing Rod Label Presence Detection

Project Background:

A fishing rod manufacturer needed automated detection of wrapped labels. Previously this was done manually causing high labor costs.

Solution:

Use Atonm color sensor with CLH-L41 probe mounted near the label station; the rod is rotated in place so the probe scans the entire circumference. Detect consistent red color on the label border to confirm proper application.
