Atonm Double-Lid Detector | Can Lid Overlap Detection for a Jiangxi Manufacturer

Project Background:

A beverage canning line experienced double-lid feeding that caused defective cans. The customer needed a reliable detector to identify single vs. double lids at high speed.

Solution: Install MDSC-800E double-sheet detector with M12 small probes on the lid conveyor. When double lids are detected, PLC triggers a reject slide to remove overlapping lids and resume normal operation.
