II. Core Project Overview

1.Production Line Positioning: A brand-new high-end stamping line for automotive structural parts, dedicated to high-precision processing of automotive components. Equipped with high-speed manipulators, the line achieves internationally advanced levels of cycle time and machining precision, satisfying the strict demands of stamping core automotive structural parts.

2.Core Requirements: For magnetic steel plate stamping scenarios, resolve mold damage and productivity loss caused by overlapping sheets. Two single probes are required to inspect the same magnetic steel plate at different positions to improve detection reliability, while balancing detection accuracy and cost-effective domestic supply.

3.Equipment Selection: Atonm MDSC-8200S 1-to-2 single-probe double-sheet detector. Based on the eddy-current induction principle, it delivers excellent detection compatibility for magnetic steel plates. Its 1-to-2 architecture supports two probes, enabling multi-position detection on a single large magnetic steel plate. Combined with stable system integration capabilities, it was chosen as the double-sheet detection solution for the new production line.

Compatible with Profinet and RS485 protocols, enabling seamless connection with the production line PLC system. Supports quick switching of 200 recipe groups to meet flexible production requirements for multiple vehicle models.
