A battery manufacturing enterprise needs to spray two batches of QR codes on batteries sequentially on its battery production line. Due to the strict precision requirements for the spraying position of the second batch of QR codes, it must be accurately positioned based on the position of the first batch of QR codes. This ensures the smooth progress of subsequent links such as product traceability and quality control. However, in previous production processes, there was no effective way to achieve precise positioning of the second batch of QR codes using the first batch, leading to large deviations in the spraying position of the second batch. This affected product quality and the efficiency of subsequent processes.
To solve the customer’s problem, the enterprise introduced the Atonm Color Mark Sensor CL4. The specific application process is as follows:
Install the Atonm Color Mark Sensor CL4 above the production line so that it can accurately detect the first batch of QR codes on the passing batteries.
When the batteries are conveyed on the production line and pass the Atonm Color Mark Sensor CL4, the sensor quickly and accurately identifies the first batch of QR codes with its high-precision detection capability.
Once the first batch of QR codes is detected, the Atonm Color Mark Sensor CL4 immediately outputs a signal.
This output signal is transmitted to the production line’s control system, which accurately determines the position information of the first batch of QR codes based on this signal.
The control system precisely controls the subsequent spraying equipment according to the position of the first batch of QR codes, enabling the second batch of QR codes to be sprayed accurately at the preset position with the first batch as the reference.

Improved Positioning Accuracy: Through the precise detection and signal output of the Atonm Color Mark Sensor CL4, high-precision positioning of the second batch of QR codes based on the first batch is achieved. This greatly reduces the position deviation of the second batch of QR codes during spraying and ensures product quality.
Enhanced Production Efficiency: This solution requires no manual intervention in the positioning process, featuring high automation. It reduces rework, downtime, and other issues caused by inaccurate positioning, effectively improving the overall operating efficiency of the production line.
