Atonm collaborated with a Suzhou machine tool supplier and used the MRR-H500 magnetic scale and Magnetic Scale Read Head to form a closed-loop control with the CNC system, improving X-axis accuracy from 0.20mm/m to 0.08mm/m. Magnetic scale monitoring provides effective linear displacement monitoring.
