In the field of non-woven fabric production and processing, precise positioning and cutting are crucial to ensuring product quality and production efficiency. A customer needs to achieve accurate positioning and cutting by detecting the red color marks on non-woven fabrics during production. Previously, the customer selected a color mark sensor from an unknown manufacturer for detection. However, due to the presence of printed small black dots on the non-woven fabrics, the sensor was highly susceptible to interference, resulting in frequent detection errors that seriously affected the normal progress of production.
Upon receiving the customer's inquiry, Atonm engineers contacted the customer immediately and arranged for the customer to send samples for testing. After multiple experiments and debugging, the engineers found that the combination of CL2 and L40 probe yielded significant detection results.
The CL2 Color Sensor can accurately identify red while effectively eliminating interference from small printed black dots on non-woven fabrics.
