The MDSC-900E Metal Double-Sheet Detector works in conjunction with the gasket insertion machine to detect the status of gaskets after they are inserted into the bottle caps. The bottle caps move along the conveyor belt to the position below the sensor for real-time detection. If a single gasket is detected, the bottle cap is allowed to pass through. In case of double gaskets being detected, the double-sheet detector will send a signal to the host computer, and the equipment will activate an air-blowing device to blow the defective bottle caps into the side collection bin.
