Project Background
In modern manufacturing, improving production efficiency and product quality is critical for sustained business growth. A machinery manufacturer uses a stamping feeder to process steel plates on its stamping line. In practice, varying material thickness and multiple material sizes cause double-sheet overlaps during feeding, leading to reduced efficiency and unstable product quality. The customer therefore needed an efficient double-sheet detection device to enhance line stability.

After technical discussion, the customer requirements and working conditions were identified as follows:

Solution
Atonm analyzed the situation and recommended the Atonm double-sheet detector MDSC-1000C with communication capability.
