Atonm provided a tailored solution: install two MDSC-900E detectors at the feeding station for real-time monitoring.

The MDSC-900E's high sensitivity detects overlap within milliseconds and triggers an alarm to stop feeding, preventing waste and mold damage. Its robust design resists magnetism, vibration, oil and temperature, making it reliable in harsh stamping environments and extending service life.
