Project Background

The customer is an automation equipment vendor for tinplate packaging (mooncake box) production. The flange fold area of tinplate boxes needs positioning by sensor before stamping; otherwise the stamping die may be damaged. When the box flange enters the sensor range, the controller recognizes a double-sheet and outputs a signal to locate the flange; the box stops and the conveyor feeds it to the stamping station.
