Project Background:
The customer is a high-tech company focused on intelligent equipment for the hardware industry. This project provides a fully automated kitchenware production line. Overlap issues occasionally occur during robot feeding, so a metal double-sheet detector is required to prevent double or multiple sheets entering the press.
Solution:
The customer’s materials include:
1. 304/201 stainless steel, thickness 0.3–1.5mm
2. Three-layer composite (430 stainless steel, aluminum, 304 stainless), thickness 0.5–3.5mm
3. Aluminum, thickness 1–5mm
We recommended the general-purpose MDSC-900E metal double-sheet detector, compatible with magnetic and non-magnetic materials and suitable for most overlap detection needs in metal coating, can-making, printing, metal packaging, and appliance stamping lines.
