Company Introduction
The customer is an equipment manufacturer based in Suzhou that has focused on the production and sales of press brakes for more than ten years. As a metal products manufacturer, the customer faces requirements to improve press brake accuracy, production efficiency, and equipment reliability.

Project Requirements
The customer needs a stable and reliable incremental magnetic grating encoder for their press brake to achieve precise positioning. Traditional encoders have insufficient anti-interference capability and are often too large to meet the customer's requirements.
Solution
To meet the customer's needs, we recommended the Atonm incremental magnetic grating encoder. The Atonm Magnetic Scale Read Head M H0-H200 offers the following features:
Pulse signal output: Atonm magnetic grating encoders provide both single-ended and differential pulse outputs, selectable according to the press brake control system.
Customizable resolution: Atonm magnetic grating encoders offer selectable resolutions such as 1 μm, 5 μm, and 10 μm, which can be customized based on actual needs.
High durability: Atonm encoders withstand harsh working environments including oil, liquids, dust, and vibration, ensuring normal operation under adverse conditions.
For implementation, we installed the Atonm encoder at critical positions on the press brake and integrated it closely with the mechanical system. By connecting to the press brake control system, real-time bending angle information is obtained and accurate feedback control is performed. We adjusted the encoder's resolution and sensitivity according to the customer's specific requirements to ensure high-precision performance.

First, the customer faced limited installation space when designing the new model, and the compact size of the Atonm encoder MRR-H200 met the installation requirements. Compared with larger encoders, the compact MRR-H200 made integration into the press brake easier without taking up valuable space.

The Atonm MRR-H200 offers high-precision positioning at a relatively affordable price. This enabled the customer to control manufacturing costs without sacrificing quality and performance, improving competitiveness in the market.
