Project Background:

A manufacturer of Z-type automatic stackers required integrated double-sheet detection for thin battery electrode sheets during stacking.

Solution:

Use Atonm 1000L metal double-sheet detector with M12 probes; the main unit is mounted inside the cabinet and the probes are installed on the central tray and robot arm to detect single vs. double sheets.
