A stainless steel parts factory experienced double-feed at automatic stamping lines, risking die jams and mold damage.

Solution

Install Atonm 900E double-sheet detector with square probes. The detector supports auto-parameter matching and non-contact detection; when double-feed is detected, the conveyor reverses to remove the piece and resumes normal operation. 900E uses MultisCom optimization algorithm to improve detection stability.
