Fiber Sensor | Automatic Filling Machine Application in Fujian
Project Background:
Automatic filling machines need precise bottle mouth positioning to avoid overflow. Sensor response delay and conveyor inertia create detection timing challenges.
Solution:
Two FA1-N3S fiber sensor sets with F-MP001 through-beam probes are installed at bottle front and rear. When both sensors detect the bottle, PLC confirms correct positioning and allows filling; otherwise the machine skips filling to avoid spills.
