I. Project Background

In modern manufacturing, bottle cap production lines impose extremely high requirements on product quality control. In the process of inserting aluminum foil gaskets into bottle caps, the accuracy of gasket quantity directly affects the sealing performance and quality of products. The gaskets are made of aluminum foil, which are tiny gaskets with a thickness of 0.1mm and a diameter of 28mm.

Production Line Rhythm

The production line needs to complete the gasket insertion operation for 400 bottle caps per minute.

The small size of bottle caps and high-speed production pose severe challenges to the response speed and accuracy of detection equipment.

The sensor is installed beside the gasket conveying track of the high-speed cap feeding machine production line, ensuring that its detection range fully covers the gasket conveying path without affecting the normal operation of the production line.
