Project Background
The customer provides comprehensive factory equipment and automation assembly solutions. To meet feeding overlap detection needs, they sought a metal double-sheet detector. Considering prior use of a German brand, the customer explored domestic alternatives. After market research, they approached our team to provide an innovative solution.
Solution
The customer’s use case includes a multi-station stamping line. Steel thickness ranges 0.5–3.2mm, aluminum 0.5–2.5mm. We recommended the MDSC-9000S metal double-sheet detector, Atonm’s flagship product comparable to leading German brands.
