Project Introduction

The customer is a Guangzhou company engaged in stamping and robot feeding projects. They received a home appliance stamping line project where the robot pick-and-place section required a sheet overlap detection device to ensure the robot picks single sheets and prevent stacked sheets from entering the stamping process.

Solution

After detailed communication with the customer’s technical team, Atonm understood that the line handles about a dozen sheet types with thicknesses above 0.5mm. The customer preferred a highly compatible product with communication capability and good performance.
